A 35% non-refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services unless agreed otherwise.
Prices may vary if the vehicle’s condition is worse than initially described. Any adjustments will be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Cash, and Card.
All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT as stated.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion if sufficient notice is given.
For Mobile Services, if access, power, or a safe working area cannot be provided at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel and retain the deposit.
In the unlikely event we must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, or weather, your Deposit will be transferred. We are not liable for any other costs incurred.
MOBILE SERVICE CONDITIONS
For Mobile Services, you must provide: – Safe, level working space with sufficient lighting. – Access to electricity. – Permission or parking rights if the work is on private or shared property.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment if conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by environmental factors or third parties while working on your premises.
Due to insurance & safety, we are unable to work on main roadsides.
VEHICLE CONDITION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must remove all personal items, valuables, and loose accessories before handing over or presenting your Vehicle. We accept no liability for lost or damaged personal items.
You must disclose any known issues with your Vehicle (mechanical faults, weak paint, prior bodywork, etc.). Failure to disclose such information may affect the outcome of the work.
We may refuse work if the Vehicle is excessively dirty, unsafe, or not as described. In such cases, your Deposit may be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring your Vehicle’s battery, fuel level, and mechanical condition are sufficient for us to complete the Service.
SERVICE RESULTS
We will use reasonable skill and care in performing our Services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as 100% defect removal or particular durability levels of protective coatings.
Results depend on Vehicle condition, paint type, and prior maintenance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of use, business, or income).
We accept no responsibility for pre-existing defects or damage not visible or disclosed before the Service begins.
For Mobile Services, we are not liable for damage caused by environmental conditions, poor access, or third-party interference.
IMAGERY & PROMOTION
We may photograph or film your Vehicle before, during, or after the Service for our records and promotional purposes.
You grant us permission to use such material on our website, social media, or marketing platforms unless you request otherwise in writing before the Service begins.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By paying a Deposit, confirming a Booking, or presenting your Vehicle for Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
