Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit, this booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been placed.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Any booking cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be payable at 50% of the full agreed rate, the day before your booking regardless of time is considered less than 24 hours notice.

Balance of payment is due upon completion of the service.

We accept BACS, Card, and Cash as payment, we cannot accept cheques.

Any bookings cancelled and then rebooked, may be subject to full payment upon booking.

All prices shown are a guide and may change, subject to vehicle size and condition.


All vehicles are booked at the owners risk.

Our maintenance discount is applicable to cars booked within 4 weeks of job completion, any longer will result in
services being at full price.

Our services have been made with an approx completion time, this may be shorter or longer than shown.

Heavily soiled and neglected vehicles will be subject to an additional charge.

At times, vehicles may be past conventional valeting,we strive to do our best with all bookings.

Any areas of damage, modifications, fragile, or sensitive areas must be pointed out beofre work is commenced, we take no responsibility for any issues that may arise post service.

Please have your vehicle ready, clear of any obstructions like child seats etc. Car seats will be removed if needed but will not be put back in due to health and safety.

If we are carrying out an engine bay clean then there is a notable risk to electronic components of older vehicles.
