ASAP. Leaving it unprotected can lead to early paint damage, which will require more thorough paint correction and preparation, leading to a higher cost.

Chemical make up and longevity. Waxes are typically made out of carnauba or polymers. These will make your vehicle nice glossy, but will only last a few weeks, months. Waxes are typically less durable to cleaning, and offer less protection.

Ceramic coatings are made from Silica Dioxide or SIO2. These offer a much better form of protection, levels of gloss, and longevity, with up to 7 years being achieved if maintained.

We used PerformancePPL 7 Year coating. If correctly maintained and average miles driven, then up to 7 years. Longer if garaged etc

The dealership will offer what the call a "lifetime coating" These are often poor quality polymer sealants that will only last months if that. They are often incorrectly, surfaces not prepared properly, and even in cases not applied at all. 

They can also much more than what is offered, resulting in you losing money.

Unfortunately this isn't a service we can offer mobile. It is best to ensure coatings are installed in  controlled environment with plenty of time for the coating to cure. If you have a garage, then we can do this at your home.
